Services

Prism Inbound provides digital agency services including but not limited to website development, search engine optimization, paid advertising, social media marketing, and graphic design. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Intellectual Property

Our IP

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website are owned by Prism Inbound unless otherwise stated.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables specified in their project agreement. Prism Inbound retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal or agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access, and accurate information required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

Limitation of Liability

Prism Inbound shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
